104. Mr Mutale (Chitambo) - to ask the Minister of Transport and Logistics:

 

(a) whether the Government is aware that the delay in commissioning the pontoon installed at the Luombwa River crossing point in Luombwa Ward in Chitambo Parliamentary Constituency,has resulted in the pontoon being vandalised and is on the verge of sinking; 

 

(b) if so, what urgent measures are being taken to curb the vandalism and prevent the pontoon from sinking; and

 

(c) when the pontoon will be commissioned.

(a) how many feeder roads were funded for construction under the Improved Rural Connectivity Project in LuapulaProvince, from 2016 to 2021, district by district; and
