93. Mr Munir Zulu (Lumezi)  -  to ask the Minister of Technology and Science:

 

(a) whether the Government has any plans to upgrade and operationalise the communication towers that have been erected in the following chiefdoms in Lumezi Parliamentary Constituency:

 

(i) Chief Mwanya;

 

(i) Chief Kazembe; and

 

(ii) Chief Chitungulu;

 

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

 

(c) if there are no such plans, why.
