61.  Mr Chewe (Lubansenshi)  -  to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government is aware that, in the last one month, four (4) pregnant women have died after being referred to Luwingu District Hospital from the following Clinics in Lubansenshi Parliamentary Constituency, due to lack of transport to ferry them to the Hospital:
 
(i) Shimumbi;
(ii) Luena;
(iii) Chifwile; and
(iv) Tungati; and
 
(b) if so, what urgent measures are being taken to ensure that Luwingu District Hospital is provided with an ambulance to attend to emergencies and avert further loss of life, especially during child birth.

62. Mr Simutowe (Mbala)   -   to askthe Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate township roads in Mbala District;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and 
 
(d) what the estimated time frame for the completion of the project is.
