281. Mr Nkulukusa (Katuba) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to expand the Great North Road between 6 Miles and 15 Miles in Katuba Parliamentary Constituency to reduce traffic congestion on the stretch of the Road; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
282. Mr Kapyanga (Mpika) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct township roads in the following townships in Mpika Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Kamwanya;
 
(ii) Chitulika; and
 
(iii) Chisanga; 
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) when the construction of the Great North Road - TAZARA road will be completed; and
 
(d) what the cause of the delay in completing the project is.
 
283. Mr Katakwe (Solwezi East) - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) why the construction of the maternity ward at Mushindamo Clinic in Mushindamo District has stalled; 
 
(b) when the project will resume;
 
(c) what the total cost of the outstanding works is; and
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
284. Ms M Phiri (Milanzi) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct police posts in the following chiefdoms in Milanzi Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Kawaza; and
 
(ii) Kathumba; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented. 
 
285. Mr Samakayi (Mwinilunga) - to ask the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources:
 
(a) whether the land owned by Palabana University, between the University and Mikango road, in Chongwe District has been sold; 
 
(b) if not, why private developers have taken over and are developing the land; and
 
(c) what measures the Government is taking to address the situation.

Adopt Report of the Committee on Legal Affairs, Human Rights and Governance:  That this House do adopt the Report of the Committee on Legal Affairs, Human Rights and Governance on the Petition to amend the Industrial and Labour Relations Act, Chapter 269 of the Laws of Zambia, for the First Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Friday, 4th March, 2022.
