The Civil Aviation Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2024

The object of this Bill is to amend the Civil Aviation Authority Act, 2012, so as to—

(a) enhance civil aviation safety and security;
(b) provide clarity on the manner and form of applications for certificates and licenses in aviation;
(c) provide for the transfer of the functions of the Civil Aviation Authority over a Zambian registered aircraft engaged in international navigation to a member State of the International Civil Aviation Organisation; and
