The Urban and Regional Planners (Amendment) Bill, 2021

The object of this Bill is to amend the Urban and Regional Planners Act, 2011, so as to revise the functions of the Institute.

The Accountants (Amendment) Bill, 2021

The object of this Bill is to amend the Accountants Act, 2008, so as to revise the functions of the Zambia Institute of Chartered

Accountants.

The Higher Education (Amendment) Bill, 2021

The object of this Bill is to amend the Higher Education Act so as to—

(a) redefine the functions of the Authority;

(b) re-constitute the Board of the Authority;

(c) revise the categories of higher education institutions;

(d) provide for accreditation of a learning programme for a higher education institution; and

(e) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
