An Act to provide for climate change adaptation and disaster
risk reduction; provide for climate change mitigation, low
emission development, green economy and related
actions; regulate carbon markets; provide for
environmental and social safeguards in climate change
actions; establish the Climate Change Fund; domesticate
the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate
Change and the Paris Agreement; and provide for matters
connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

An Act to regulate and monitor the development and
management of mineral resources in the Republic;
establish the Minerals Regulation Commission and
provide for its functions; establish the Mining Appeals
Tribunal; repeal and replace the Mines and Minerals
Development Act, 2015; and provide for matters
connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

An Act to authorise expenditure from the Consolidated Fund
of monies required for the services of the Republic during
the financial year ending on 31st December, 2025, not
exceeding in the aggregate two hundred and seventeen
billion, one hundred five million, three hundred seventyeight
thousand, six hundred and sixty-one kwacha.

An Act to authorise supplementary expenditure from the
Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of
the Republic during the financial year ending 31st
December, 2024, not exceeding in the aggregate eleven
billion, seven hundred and sixty-five million, five hundred
and twenty-six thousand, and four hundred and eightyfive
kwacha.

An Act to continue the existence of the Tropical Diseases
Research Centre and rename it as the National Health
Research and Training Institute and redefine its functions;
provide for health research and training; provide for the
establishment of the National Health Research
Laboratory; provide for health research in indigenous
knowledge, traditional, complementary and alternative
medicines; repeal and replace the Tropical Diseases
Research Centre Act, Cap. 301; and provide for matters
connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

This Act may be cited as the Zambia Revenue Authority
(Amendment) Act, 2024, and shall be read as one with the Zambia
Revenue Authority Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act.

This Act may be cited as the Zambia National Public Health
Institute (Amendment) Act, 2024, and shall be read as one with
the Zambia National Public Health Institute Act, 2020, in this Act
referred to as the principal Act.

This Act may be cited as the Local Authorities
Superannuation Fund (Amendment) Act, 2024 and shall be read as
one with the Local Authorities Superannuation Fund Act, in this
Act referred to as the principal Act.

This Act may be cited as the Property Transfer Tax
(Amendment) Act, 2024, and shall be read as one with the Property
Transfer Tax Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act.

This Act may be cited as the Insurance Premium Levy
(Amendment) Act, 2024, and shall be read as one with the Insurance
Premium Levy Act, 2015, in this Act referred to as the principal
Act.
