QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 74)

29     Mr Samakayi (Mwinilunga)    -    to ask the Minister of Health:

(a)    how many health posts allocated to Mwinilunga Parliamentary Constituency under the 650 Health Posts Project had been completed as of 31st August, 2021;

(b)    why the remainder of the health posts have not been constructed;

(c)    when the construction of the health posts at (b) will commence; and 

(d)    what the time frame for the completion of the outstanding works is.

30    Mr Mutale (Chitambo)    -    to ask the Minister of Education:

(a)    when the Government will upgrade salary scales for teachers in Chitambo Parliamentary Constituency, who had upgraded their qualifications as of December, 2020; and
(b)    when teachers who have been acting in the following positions will be confirmed:

(i)    head teacher;

(ii)    deputy head teacher; and

(iii)    senior teacher.

31    Mr Samakayi (Mwinilunga)    -    to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate Kambimba - Kakoma - Lumwana road in North-Western Province;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    what the estimated cost of the project is.

32    Mr Mukosa (Chinsali)    -    to ask the Minister of Health:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to procure a staff bus for Chinsali General Hospital to ease transport challenges; 
(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

33    Mr Mutale (Chitambo)    -    to ask the Minister of Education:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct additional classroom blocks and staff houses at the following upgraded Secondary Schools in Chitambo Parliamentary Constituency:

(i)    Chipaata;
(ii)    Misumba;
(iii)    Kafinda;
(iv)    Mabonde; and
(v)    Mpelembe;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c)    how many classroom blocks and staff houses will be constructed at each school.
