The National Assembly has set aside some funds for the tender for the Supply and Delivery of iPads and accessories for the Members of Parliament at the National Assembly.

The bidder is to bid for all the items and must quote for the quantities specified for each item. Bidders not quoting for the quantities specified will be considered as non- responsive. The National Assembly will award the Contract to the best evaluated bidder for all the items.

Bidding documents in English may be obtained from the Procurement Offices No. M4 and M7 upon providing a bank deposit slip or receipt for purchase of the bidding document at K1,000.00. The bids must be clearly marked “TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 220 APPLE iPADS PRO AND ACCESSORIES FOR THE MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT AT THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY.” and addressed to the Secretary, the National Assembly Procurement Committee, and sent not later than Friday 9th July, 2021 at 10:30 hour’s local time. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Friday 25th June 2021 at 10:30 hours in the Amphitheatre Parliament Buildings, Lusaka. 

The bids must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the National Assembly Offices, Plot No.5030, Olympia, Parliament Road, Lusaka on or before Friday 9th July, 2021 at 10:30hrs local time. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the Amphitheatre at the Parliament Buildings, Lusaka, in the presence of Bidders or Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Bidders are advised to observe the COVID 19 health guidelines in order to attend the Pre-Bid and Bid Opening meetings.
