142 Mr Siwanzi (Nakonde) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:
(a) whether the Government is aware that the crime rate in Nakonde District has drastically increased due to failure by the police to conduct adequate patrols, following the breakdown of the only police vehicle in the District; and
(b) if so, what urgent measures are being taken to provide transport to the police to enhance their operations.
