QUESTION FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 31)
 
 
73 Mr Mutelo (Mitete) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:
 
(a) why the Western Province recorded only 52% success rate compared to 181% for Luapula Province, in the just ended Mobile Issuance of National Registration Cards Exercise when the two provinces had a similar target of 100,000 people; and
 
(b) what urgent measures are being taken to ensure that eligible citizens are issued with National Registration Cards in the Western Province, to enable them register as voters in the ongoing Voter Registration Exercise before it ends on 12th December, 2020.
 
 
 
QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 30)
 
 
74 Mr Musonda (Kamfinsa) - to ask the Minister of Finance:
 
(a) when the policy to fund only those projects that were at 80% completion point and above was adopted;
 
(b) what the total value of all the projects at (a) was, at the time the policy was adopted;
 
(c) how much money had been paid out on the projects from the time the policy was adopted to July, 2020;
 
(d) what the success rate on the completion of the projects at (a) was, as of July, 2020; and
 
(e) what the scheduled date for the completion of all the projects at (a) is.
 
 
75 Ms Kucheka (Zambezi West) - to ask to ask the Minister of Local Government:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate feeder roads in Zambezi West Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) how many roads will be rehabilitated;
 
(d) what the estimated cost of the project is; and
 
(e) what the estimated time frame for the completion of the exercise is.
 
 
76 Mr S Tembo (Chadiza) - to ask the Minister of Chiefs and Traditional Affairs:
 
(a) what measures the Government is taking to resolve the chiefdom boundary dispute between Chiefs Zingalume of Chadiza District and Maguya of Chipata District; and
 
(b) what measures will be taken to diffuse the tension and ensure harmony between the two chiefdoms.
