39.  Mr Chabi (Chipili)   -   to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:

 

(a) when the construction of the following infrastructure in Chipili District will be completed:

 

(i) district administration block;

 

(ii) civic centre; and

 

(iii) post office; and

 

(b) what has caused the delay in completing the projects.
