150 Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the Mbesuma-Kafwimbi road;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
 
151 Ms Kucheka (Zambezi West) - to ask the Minister of Justice:
 
(a) when the Nyaviye Local Court in Chief Kucheka’s area in Zambezi District will become operational;
 
(b) what has caused the delay in operationalising the Court;
 
(c) when staff will be deployed to the Court; and
 
(d) what categories of staff will be deployed.
 
152 Mr Mecha (Chifunabuli)    - to ask the Minister of Agriculture:
 
(a) what the total number of irrigation schemes, countrywide, is;
 
(b) when the inventory of the irrigation schemes was last updated;
 
(c) what the estimated area, in hectares, the schemes are; and
 
(d) what types of crops are grown under the irrigation schemes.
 
 
153 Mr Mutelo (Mitete)    - to ask the Minister of General Education when the following Secondary Schools in Mitete District will be designated as examination centres:
 
(a) Mitete Day;
 
(b) Mataba;
 
(c) Sikunduko; and
 
(d) Kakulunda.
 
 
154 Mr Mwamba (Lubansenshi)    - to ask the Minister of General Education:
 
(a) when the Government will deploy additional teachers to the following Day Secondary Schools in Lubansenshi Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Saili;
 
(ii) Menga;
 
(iii) Chikoti;
 
(iv) Lwena;
 
(v) Shimumbi;
 
(vi) Njoko;
 
(vii) Ndoki; and
 
(viii) Ipusukilo; and
 
(b) what has caused the delay in deploying the teachers.
 
 
155 Mr Ndalamei (Sikongo) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) why the construction of the following infrastructure in Sikongo District has stalled:
 
(i) district administration (iv) low cost houses;office;
 
(ii) civic centre; (v) medium cost houses; and
 
(iii) post office; (vi) high cost houses;
 
(b) when the construction works will resume; and
 
(c) what the estimated time frame for the completion of the works is.
 
 
156 Mr Sampa (Kasama Central) - to ask the Minister of Local Government:
 
(a) why the tarring of township roads in Kasama has stalled; and (b) when the project will resume.
 
 
157 Mr Mwiinga (Chikankata)    - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) why the automated anesthesia machine at the Kafue Gorge Hospital in Chikankata Parliamentary Constituency was swapped with a smaller machine from Chawama Level I Hospital in Lusaka, which has failed to adequately service the Hospital;
 
(b) when a larger machine will be procured for the Kafue Gorge Hospital;
 
(c) whether the Government has any plans to procure a back-up power generator set for the Kafue Gorge Hospital; and
 
(d) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
 
158 Dr Chibanda (Mufulira) - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Child Development:
 
(a) when construction of the following infrastructure was completed:
 
(i) Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola; and
 
(ii) National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka;
 
(b) what the cost of each project was;
 
(c) what the source of funding for each project was;
 
(d) if the projects were financed through loans, whether the loans have been paid off; and
 
(e) if not, when the loans will be repaid in full.
 
 
159 Mr Samakayi (Mwinilunga)    - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) why the construction of the Mwinilunga District Hospital has stalled;
 
(b) when construction will resume; and
 
(c) what the time frame for the completion of the outstanding works is.
