(a) whether the Government is aware that most students at the Mulungushi University, in Kabwe, have been barred from writing their end of semester examinations due to non-payment of at least 80% of the tuition fees;

 

(b) if so, how many students are affected; and

 

(c) what urgent measures are being taken to ensure that the affected students are allowed to write the examinations and avoid losing an entire academic year.
