59 Dr M Malama (Kanchibiya)     - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) whether the Government is aware that the following areas in the wetlands of the Kopa and Kabinga Chiefdoms in Kanchibiya Parliamentary Constituency, will soon be cut off from the main land if the Kopa-Nchubula road, particularly at Kanambo and Chikute areas, is not urgently repaired before the rains intensify:
(i) Mapoma;
(ii) Nchubula;
(iii) Kapaso; and
(iv) Njuni; and
 
(b) if so, what immediate measures are being taken to ensure that the wetland area is not cut off from  the rest of the Constituency.
