56.  Hamusonde (Nangoma)   -   to ask the Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection:

 

(a) how many boreholes were sank in Nangoma Parliamentary Constituency in 2018;

 

(b) what the total cost of the project was;

 

(c) whether the Government has any plans to sink additional boreholes in 2019; and

 

(d) if so, how many boreholes will be sunk.

 

 

 

Expedite Amendment of Public Procurement Act: That this House urges the Government to expedite the amendment of the Public Procurement Act No. 12 of 2008, so as to remove ambiguities in the provisions relating to value for money procurements.
