53. Mr Mwiinga (Chikankata) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture:

 

(a) whether the Government is aware that the number of bags of fertilizer being distributed to farmers under the Farmer Input Support Programme in Chikankata Parliamentary Constituency has been reduced from 6 to 4;

 

(b) if so, what the cause of the reduction is;

 

(c) whether the reduction will not affect food security in the Constituency; and

 

(d) whether the Government will rescind the decision to reduce the quantity of fertilizer before the end of the 2019/2020 distribution exercise.
