48.  Mr A Mumba (Kantanshi)    -   to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:

 

(a) what the deficit of fish stock was, as of March, 2019, countrywide;

 

(b) what the average expenditure on importation of fish to meet the deficit is;

 

(c) what immediate measures the Government is taking to mitigate the fish deficit;

 

(d) whether the Government has any plans to ban the importation of fish; and

 

(e) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
