457 Prof Lungwangwa (Nalikwanda)    - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
 
(a) what the total number of canals in the Western Province is, district by district;
 
(b) whether there is an annual canal dredging programme, countrywide; and
 
(c) if there is no such programme, why.
 
 
458 Mr S Tembo (Chadiza) - to ask the Minister of Chiefs and Traditional Affairs:
 
 
(a) when the construction of palaces for the following Chiefs in Chadiza District will commence:
(i) Chief Zingalume;
(ii) Chief Mwangala; and
(iii) Chief Mlolo;
 
(b) what the total cost of the exercise is; and
 
(c) what the time frame for the completion of each palace is.
 
 
459 Mr Mwila (Chimwemwe) - to ask the Minister of Local Government:
 
 
(a) what the total number of housing units owned by Kitwe City Council was, as of  January, 2019, in the following categories:
 
(i) high cost;
(ii) medium cost; and
(iii) low cost;
(b) what the average cost of rentals for each category is;
 
(c) whether the Government has any plans to sell the housing units to sitting tenants; and
 
(d) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
 
460 Ms Tambatamba (Kasempa)    - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) when the construction of the 9 health posts in Kasempa Parliamentary Constituency under the 650 Health Posts Project will be completed;
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in completing the project is;
 
(c) who the contractor for the project is; and
 
(d) what the total cost of the outstanding works is.
 
 
461 Ms M Miti (Vubwi)    - to ask the Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection:
 
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to provide piped water to Vubwi District;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
 
462 Mr Imbuwa (Nalolo)   - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct police posts in the following Wards in Nalolo Parliamentary Constituency:
(i) Ukolo;
(ii) Kamba; and
(iii) Shekela;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, what immediate measures are being taken to reduce cases of cattle rustling which are rampant in the Constituency.
 
 
463 Mr Chiyalika (Lufubu) - to ask the Minister of Justice:
 
(a) how many suspects, countrywide, jumped bail in 2018;
 
(b) how much money was forfeited to the State due to jumping bail; and
 
(c) how the money at (b) was utilised.
 
 
464 Mr Kundoti (Luena)    - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
 
(a) when the construction of Limulunga Day Secondary School will be completed;
 
(b) what has caused the delay in completing the project;
 
(c) what the total cost of the project is; and
 
(d) when the School will be opened.
 
 
465 Mr Simbao (Senga Hill)    - to ask the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development:
 
 
(a) whether there were any development agreements between the Government and mining companies as of February, 2019;
 
(b) if so, with which mining companies the Government had the agreements;
 
(c) what the duration of each agreement was;
 
(d) whether the Government has any plans to re-negotiate the agreements; and
 
(e) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
 
466 Mr Mukosa (Chinsali)   - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Child Development:
 
 
(a) whether the Government has any youth empowerment programmes in Chinsali District;
 
(b) if so, what programmes are earmarked for implementation in 2019; and
 
(c) if there are no programmes, why.
