428. Mr S Banda (Kasenengwa) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
(a) how many kilometres of feeder roads, out of the national target of 10,000 kilometres are earmarked for:
(i) Kasenengwa District;
(ii) Chipata District; and
(iii) Eastern Province;
(b) what the names of the roads in Kasenengwa District are; and
(c) when the exercise will commence.
429. Ms Kasanda (Chisamba) - to ask the Minister of Higher Education:
(a) why lecturers under the Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training (TEVET) institutions were removed from the Government payroll; and
(b) whether the TEVET institutions have the capacity to meet the lecturers’ remunerations.
