240 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central)    - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:
 
(a) whether the Government is aware that there is an outbreak of anthrax which has killed some animals in Nguma and Sihole Wards in Kalabo Central Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) if so, what urgent measures are being taken to combat the disease; and
 
(c) what long term measures are being taken to eradicate the disease, countrywide.

241 Mr Lufuma (Kabompo) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a police station in Kabompo;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
242 Mr Bwalya (Lupososhi) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) when the tarring of the Luwingu-Nsombo-Chaba-Chilubi road in Lupososhi Parliamentary Constituency will commence;
 
(b) what has caused the delay in commencing the project;
 
(c) who the contractor for the project is; and
 
(d) what the estimated time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
243 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central)    - to ask the Minister of Community Development and Social Welfare:
 
(a) what measures the Government is taking to enhance efficiency in the implementation of the Social Cash Transfer Scheme in Kalabo District; and
 
(b) whether the Government has any plans to revert to the former method of engaging the local people in implementing the Scheme.
 
244 Mr Ng’onga (Kaputa) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) when the rehabilitation of the Kaputa-Kasongole-Mununga road will commence;
 
(b) what the scope of works on the project will be;
 
(c) what has caused the delay in commencing the project; and
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
245 Mr Chali (Nchanga) - to ask the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development:
 
(a) whether the Konkola Copper Mines Company Limited (KCM) has continued outsourcing some of its operations;
 
(b) if so, whether the dispute declared between KCM and the mine workers unions on the matter has been resolved; and
 
(c) how many non-unionised employees had been seconded to the outsourced companies as of October, 2018.
 
246 Mr Kakubo (Kapiri Mposhi) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) why the paving of the Kapiri Mposhi Main Bus Station has stalled;
 
(b) when the works will resume; and
 
(c) how much money has been paid to the contractor so far.
 
247 Mr Mecha (Chifunabuli)    - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to repair the following damaged infrastructure in Chifunabuli Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Shimalingu Bridge in Kasongole Ward;
 
(ii) Lule Bridge in Kasongole Ward;
 
(iii) Miponda Bridge on the Mulungushi-Mpanda River in Masonde Ward;
 
(iv) Nkoko-Kafilula culverts in Munkwanga area in Chinkutila Ward; and
 
(v) Munkwanga-Chibose culverts on Mulungushi-Mpanda River connecting Chinkutila Ward to Masonde Ward; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
248 Mrs Mulyata (Rufunsa) - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a district hospital in Rufunsa; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
249 Mr Lihefu (Manyinga) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) when the tarring of the Manyinga-Mwinilunga road will commence;
 
(b) what has caused the delay in commencing the project;
 
(c) what the total cost of the project is; and
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
250 Mr Kabanda (Serenje) - to ask the Minister of Energy:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a hydro power station at Chipota Falls in Serenje District; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
251 Dr Musokotwane (Liuwa) - to ask the Minister of Transport and Communication:
 
(a) who the financiers of the Speed Cameras Project are;
 
(b) what the financing mode for the Project is; and
 
(c) what mechanism will be used for the financiers to recoup their investment.
 
252 Mr Ndalamei (Sikongo) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct staff houses for police officers at Lueti and Nyengo Police Posts in Sikongo Parliamentary Constituency; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.

(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a bridge at Gumba, across the Lundazi River, in Chasefu Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the time frame for the completion of the project is; and
 
(d) what the total cost of the project is.
 
255 Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection:
 
(a) when the water reticulation project in Chinsali District will be completed;
 
(b) what measures the Government is taking to ensure the project is completed on schedule; and
 
(c) how much money was owed to the contractor as of October, 2018.
 
256 Mrs Chinyama (Kafue) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) when the construction of the Leopards Hill-Chiawa-Chirundu road, under the Link Zambia 8000 Project, commenced;
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in completing the project is;
 
(c) when the project will be completed;
 
(d) what the initial time frame for the completion of the project was;
 
(e) what the total cost of the project is; and
 
(f) how much money has been spent on the project so far.
 
257 Dr Chanda (Bwana Mkubwa) - to ask the Minister of Local Government:
 
(a) whether the piece of land opposite the military hospital in Itawa Township in Ndola District is on lease;
 
(b) if so, how long the lease is;
 
(c) to whom the land was leased;
 
(d) whether any money was paid for the land; and
 
(e) if so, how much money was paid.
 
258 Evangelist Shabula (Itezhi Tezhi) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a bridge across the Kafue River to connect Namwala to Itezhi Tezhi District;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is;
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is; and
 
(e) if there are no such plans, why.
