200  Mr C Zulu (Luangeni)    -    to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a)    when Chati Boarding School in Kalulushi District will be opened to the public;
(b)    what has caused the delay in opening the School; and
(c)    why some schools which are incomplete in the District have been opened to the public.

201  Mrs Chinyama (Kafue)    -    to ask the Minister of Local Government:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to upgrade Kafue District Council to a municipal council;
(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

202  Mr Ngambi (Chifubu)      -   to ask the Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct a One-Stop Border Post at Sakania Border in Ndola District;
(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c)    what the total cost of the project is.

203  Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central)     -   to ask the Minister of Health:

(a)    how many times the mobile hospitals operated in Kalabo District in 2018; and
(b)    what measures are being taken to maximise the use of the mobile hospitals.

204  Mr Kabanda (Serenje)     -    to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to upgrade the Malcom Moffat College of Education in Serenje District to a university; and
(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented.

205  Mr Mukosa (Chinsali)     -    to ask the Minister of Finance:

(a)    what the import cover was as of 30th September, 2018; and
(b)    what measures the Government is taking to improve  the import cover.

206  Mr M Jere (Livingstone)     -     to ask the Minister of Defence:

(a)    which countries hosted Zambian peace keepers under the auspices of the United Nations Peace Keeping Missions from January, 2014 to October, 2018; and
(b)    how much money was spent on the Peace Keeping Missions by the Zambian Government in the period above, year by year.

207  Mr Simbao (Senga Hill)    -      to ask the Minister of Higher Education:

(a)    what the staff establishment in the Department of Physiology at the University of Zambia was as of 30th September, 2018;
(b)    what the total number of lecturers in the Department was, as of the same date;
(c)    what the qualifications for the lecturers of physiology at the following Universities are:
    
(i)    University of Zambia;
(ii)    Copperbelt University; and
(iii)    Lusaka Apex Medical University; and
(d)    whether consultants in medicine at the Ministry of Health have continued to lecture at the various medical schools, countrywide.

208  Mr Lihefu (Manyinga)     -    to ask the Minister of Energy:

(a)    why the construction of a 33KV ZESCO substation in Manyinga Parliamentary Constituency has stalled;
(b)    when the project will resume; and
(c)    what the time frame for the completion of the project is.

209  Mr Ng’onga (Kaputa)     -    to ask the Minister of Local Government:

(a)    when the gravelling of the Mununga-Nkosha-Mukupa Katandula-Nsama District road will commence;
(b)    whether repairing of the damaged culverts will be part of the works on the project; and
(c)    what the time frame for the completion of the project is.

210  Mr Nanjuwa (Mumbwa)    -    to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to deploy additional teachers to schools in Mumbwa Parliamentary Constituency;
(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented;
(c)    whether the Government has any plans to construct teachers’ houses at all schools in the Constituency; and
(d)    if so, when the plans will be implemented.

211  Evangelist Shabula (Itezhi Tezhi)    -    to ask the Minister of Higher Education:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct a trades training school in Itezhi Tezhi District;
(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

212  Mr Bwalya (Lupososhi)    -    to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:

(a)    why the tarring of the Kasaba-Chungu-Luwingu road in Lupososhi Parliamentary Constituency has stalled;
(b)    when the project will resume;
(c)    who the contractor for the project is;
(d)    what the total cost of the project is; and
(e)    what the time frame for the completion of the project is.

213  Dr Musokotwane (Liuwa)    -     to ask the Minister of Energy:

(a)    what the value of the fuel the Zambian Government supplied to the Malawian Government in April, 2012, following the death of that country’s President, was;
(b)    whether the fuel was a donation;
(c)    if so, whether the Malawian Government was officially informed of the gesture;
(d)    if the fuel was not a donation, whether it has been paid for in full; and
(e)    if not, when it will be paid for.

214  Mr Mbulakulima (Milenge)     -    to ask the Minister of Local Government:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to rename Cairo Road in Lusaka after any of Zambia’s eminent citizens;
(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

215  Mr Mwiinga (Chikankata)    -     to ask the Minister of Finance:

(a)    when shares for the Zambia Forestry and Forest Industries Corporation (ZAFFICO) will be floated on the Lusaka Stock Exchange;
(b)    how many shares, in percentage terms, will be:

(i)    floated to the public; and
(ii)    retained by the Government;
(c)    whether any shares will be allotted to the employees of ZAFFICO; and
(d)    if so, how many shares will be allotted to the employees.

216  Mr Mecha (Chifunabuli)   -    to ask the Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry:

(a)    what the total number of shops operating under the name ‘China Mall’, countrywide, was as of August, 2018;
(b)    what the negative impact of establishing such shops in the following sectors is:
(i)    local manufacturing or processing companies with similar products to those imported from China and being sold in the said shops; and
(ii)    local Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises importing similar products from China; and
(c)    what measures the Government is taking to ensure that indigenous Zambian companies compete favourably with Chinese owned companies.

217  Mrs Mulyata (Rufunsa)    -    to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans  to construct a modern police station at Chinyunyu in Rufunsa Parliamentary Constituency to replace the dilapidated one which is scheduled to be closed down;
(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c)    what immediate measures are being taken to contain crime in the area when the Station is closed down.

218  Mr Kasandwe (Bangweulu)    -    to ask the Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection:

(a)    when the construction of a water reticulation system in Samfya District will commence;
(b)    what has caused the delay in commencing the project;
(c)    whether a contractor for the project has been identified; and
(d)    what the time frame for the completion of the project is.

219  Mr S Miti (Feira)   -    to ask the Minister of Works and Supply:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to provide a pontoon on the Zambezi River in Feira Parliamentary Constituency to cross into Zimbabwe;
(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c)    what the total cost of providing the pontoon is.
