Suspension of Standing Orders: That Standing Orders 20, 21, 22 and 100 be suspended to enable the House to sit at 0900 hours from Tuesday, 4th to Friday, 14th December, 2018, until all Business on the Order Paper is completed on each day and that, upon completion of all Business before it, the House do adjourn sine die.

The Solid Waste Regulation and Management Bill - to provide for the sustainable regulation and management of solid waste; general and self-service solid waste services; incorporation of solid waste management companies and define their statutory functions; licensing and functions of solid waste service providers, operators and self-service waste providers; regulation, operation, maintenance and construction of landfills and other disposal facilities; setting and approval of tariffs for management of solid waste and provision of solid waste services; and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
