106 Mr Hamusonde (Nangoma) - to ask the Minister of Finance:

 

(a) how much revenue the Government collected, in form of withholding tax on rental income on commercial properties, countrywide from January, 2016 to June, 2018, year by year;

(b) how much revenue, in form of tax on rental income on residential properties, is collected on average per month;

(c) what the total number of rented commercial and residential properties captured by the Zambia Revenue Authority as of 30th May, 2018 was; and

(d) what measures the Government is taking to increase the collection of withholding tax on rented properties.

 

107 Ms Langa (Chilanga) - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Child Development:

 

(a) when the construction of the youth resource centre in Balmoral area in Chilanga Parliamentary Constituency will be completed;

(b) what has caused the delay in completing the project;

(c) what the time frame for the completion of the project is;

(d) what courses will be offered at the centre when it opens; and

(e) how many students will be enrolled in each intake.
