100 Mr Lufuma (Kabompo) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:

(a) whether the Government is aware that the police have banned all opposition political parties from conducting any election campaigns in Mangango Parliamentary Constituency from 14th to 19th November, 2018;

(b) if so, why the ban has been effected;

(c) under what legal authority the police is acting; and

(d) whether the ban will not disadvantage the opposition political parties.

(a) why the construction of a post office in Vubwi District which started in 2013 has stalled;

(b) when the works will resume;

(c) what the time frame for the completion of the project is;

(d) what the total cost of the project is; and

(e) who the contractor for the project is.
