92 Dr Chibanda (Mufulira) - to ask the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development:

(a) how many suppliers of various goods and services to Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) had not been paid as of September, 2018;

(b) how much money, in total, was owed to the suppliers;

(c) what the cause of the delay in paying the suppliers is; and

(d) what the future of KCM in Zambia is like.

 

93 Ms Chisangano (Gwembe)    - to ask the Minister of Agriculture:

(a) why companies which supplied seed under the Farmer Input Support Programme during the 2015, 2016 and 2017 farming seasons have not been paid for their services to-date;

(b) whether the Government is aware that the suppliers are facing operational challenges due to the non-payment of the debt; and
