71 Dr Chibanda (Mufulira) - to ask the Minister of General Education:
(a) what the role of the Teaching Service Commission in the 2018 teacher recruitment exercise, in view of the decentralisation which is being implemented, is;
(b) whether the deployment of teachers will be based on the needs of each constituency;
(c) if not, why; and
(d) why the recruitment exercise was not decentralised to constituency level to ensure equitable distribution of teachers.
