46      Ms Chisangano (Gwembe)     -     to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Child Development:

(a)      whether the Government has any plans to construct a youth skills training centre in Gwembe District; and

(b)     if so, when the plans will be implemented.

47      Mr Ng’onga (Kaputa)  -     to ask the Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection:

(a)      when the water reticulation and sanitation project in Kaputa District will be completed;

(b)     what the cause of the delay in completing the project is;

(c)      what the total cost of the project is; and

(d)     what the scope of the outstanding works on the project is.
