(a) whether the Government is aware of the outbreak of a fish disease in some parts of the country;
 
(b) if so, what the name of the disease is;
 
(c) what the cause of the disease is;
 
(d) what the effects on the health of human beings who consume the diseased fish are; and
(e) what measures have been taken to contain the disease.

(a) whether the Government has any plans to issue Title Deeds for individual graves;

(a) how many new applications for power connections were pending at the ZESCO office in Kalabo District as of January, 2017; and

(a) how many court rooms are required for each of the following courts:

(a) whether the Government has any plans to redesign the Kalabo township in order to provide for access roads and the laying of water pipes;

(a) how many radio and television stations had paid licence fees to the Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) as of 31st December, 2016;
 
(b) which broadcasting stations did not pay licence fees as of the same date;
 
(c) what challenges the IBA encounters in collecting the licence fees;
 
(d) whether the IBA has adequate monitoring mechanisms for broadcasting stations; and
(e) what measures have been taken to improve the monitoring of broadcasting stations.
 
W342 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Local Government:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct feeder roads in Kalabo Central Parliamentary Constituency to connect the following areas:
 
(i) Kalabo-Sihole;

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

W343 Dr Chibanda (Mufulira) - to ask the Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection why the Government charges K32,000 to sink a borehole while the private sector only charges K13,000 for a similar borehole.
 
W344 Mr Kasonso (Solwezi West) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct new offices for the Provincial Administration in the North-Western Province; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
W345 Mr Mecha (Chifunabuli) - to ask the Minister of Finance:
 
(a) whether the Skills Development Levy Act, 2016, has been operationalised;
 
(b) if so, how much money, in skills development levies, the Zambia Revenue Authority collected from January to December, 2017; 
 
(c) whether the money collected has been paid into the Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority Fund as required by the Act; and
 
(d) whether the Fund at (c) is achieving its intended purpose.

(d) what breeding methods will be used at the centres.

(a) why the project to construct 11 dip tanks in Siavonga District has stalled;

(a) whether the Government is aware that about four (4) people were killed by wild animals in the first quarter of 2018 in Chama South Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) what measures have been taken to prevent the loss of human life arising from the human/animal conflict;
 
(c) how many households, in the Constituency, have had their crops destroyed by wild animals, especially elephants; and
 
(d) whether the affected households will be provided with relief food.

(a) whether the Government has any plans to provide a motorised pontoon on the Luanginga River at Kalabo Harbour in Kalabo District;

(c) when the pontoon, which was at Libonda on the Zambezi River, will be replaced; and
 
(d) where the pontoons which were at Liyoyelo and Kalongola on the Zambezi River were taken to after the construction of bridges at the two crossing points.

(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct staff houses for the Zambia Police Service in Mkushi District; and

(a) when the installation of the solar hammermills allocated to Mkushi North Parliamentary Constituency will be completed; and

(a) who the developer for the East Park Shopping Mall in Lusaka is;
 
(b) whether the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the developer and the University of Zambia provides for the construction of students’ hostels by the developer;
 
(c) if so, when the construction of the hostels will commence; and
 
(d) why the initial MoU was amended to increase the period of the lease from 25 to 50 years.

(a) when the Mporokoso-Nsumbu-Kaputa road will be tarred;
 
(b) what the total distance of the road is;

(a) when the upgrading of the Chienge-Lambwe Chomba-Kaputa road will commence;
