(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct new offices for the Provincial Administration in the North-Western Province; and

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.

(a) whether the Skills Development Levy Act, 2016, has been operationalised;

(b) if so, how much money, in skills development levies, the Zambia Revenue Authority collected from January to December, 2017;

(a) whether the Government has any plans to present a Bill to Parliament on water and sanitation services; and

(b) if so, when the Bill will be presented.

W413 Mr C Zulu (Luangeni) - to ask the Minister of Finance:

(a) what the total debt owed by the Government to water utility companies, country-wide was, as of 31st March, 2018;

(b) when the debt will be liquidated; and

W414 Mr C Zulu (Luangeni) - to ask the Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection:

(a) when management boards for the various water utility companies will be constituted;

(b) what has caused the delay in constituting the boards; and

W415 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:

(a) whether the Government has any plans to introduce new cattle breeds in Kalabo District;

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;

(d) what advantages the breeds to be introduced have.
