285 Dr Chibanda (Mufulira) - to ask the Vice President:

 

(a) when the Report of the Gabon plane crash will be released to the public;

(b) why it has taken long to release the Report;

(c) whether families of the players and officials who died in the plane crash have been compensated;

(d) if so, who compensated the families; and

(e) if the families have not been compensated, why.

 

286 Mr Mwila (Chimwemwe) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:

 

(a) why drainage works along Lufunsa Road in Chimwemwe Parliamentary Constituency have stalled;

(b) who the contractor for the project is;

(c) when the works will resume;

(d) what the total cost of the project is;

(e) how much money has been paid to the contractor so far; and

(f) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.

 

287  Mr Mwene (Mangango) - to ask the Minister of Health:

 

(a) whether the Government has any plans to upgrade Mwanambuyu and Shibanga Rural Health Centres in Mangango Parliamentary Constituency to zonal referral health centres;

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c) if there are no such plans, why.

 

288 Ms Chisangano (Gwembe) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

 

(a) what the criteria used to determine the payment of rural hardship allowance and rural remote hardship allowance to teachers are; and

(b) why some teachers working in remote schools in Gwembe Parliamentary Constituency such as Kole are paid rural hardship allowance instead of rural remote hardship allowance.

 

289 Mrs Mulyata (Rufunsa) - to ask the Minister of Health:

 

(a) when the construction of health posts at the following sites in Rufunsa Parliamentary Constituency will commence:

(i) Itope;

(ii) Chamulimba;

(iii) Mweshangombe;

(iv) Kamwesha; and

(v) Shimunguwo;

 

(b) what has caused the delay in commencing the projects; and

(c) what the time frame, on average, for the completion of each project is.
