Suspension of Standing Orders:  That Standing Orders, 20, 21, 22(1) and 100 be suspended to enable the House to sit at 0900 hours each day from Thursday, 30th November, 2017, until all Business is completed on the Order Paper and that, upon completion of all Business before the House, the House do adjourn sine die.

 

 

 

91 Ms Katuta (Chiengi) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:

 

(a) whether the Government has any agreement with the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) to harmonise the implementation of the fishing ban to make it more effective in Chiengi and Nchelenge Parliamentary Constituencies; and

 

(b) if not, whether there are any plans to engage the Government of the DRC before the fishing ban is effected on 1st December, 2017.
