90 Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture:

 

(a) how much money the Food Reserve Agency is owing the Zambian farmers for the maize it purchased in the 2016/2017 farming season;

 

(b) how much money had been paid to the farmers as of 15th November, 2017; 

 

(c) why the payment has been delayed; and

 

(d) when all the farmers will be paid considering that the 2017/2018 farming season has already started.
