(a)    whether the Government is aware of the death of Mr Mathew Ndembele Kanjindo that occurred during the visit by His Excellency the President, Mr Edgar C Lungu, to Kabompo District on 4th November, 2017;

(b)    if so, under what circumstances he died;

(c)    whether the perpetrators have been arrested; and

(d)    if so, who the perpetrators are.
