79    Mr Mulenga (Ndola Central) - to ask the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources:

(a)    why the Government is about to degazette the land belonging to ZAFFICO in Ndola District, to pave way for the construction of a Multi-Facility Economic Zone;

(b)    whether the Government is aware that degazetting the land will result in loss of business and employment at the company; and

(c)    whether ZAFFICO will be compensated for any loss, considering that the company used debt financing to grow the plantation on the earmarked land.
