194    Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure
        Development:

(a)    when the construction of Paul Mushindo University will be completed;

(b)    what measures the Government is taking to expedite the completion of the project;

(c)    what the total cost of constructing the University is; and

(d)    how much money had been spent on the project as of 30th December, 2016.

195    Ms Mwashingwele (Katuba) - to ask the Minister of Housing and
        Infrastructure Development:

(a)    when the tarring of the Mungule-Keembe road from 10 Miles to Keembe Agriculture Institute, will commence;

(b)    who the contractor for the project is;

(c)    what the time-frame for the completion of the project is; and

(d)    what the total cost of the project is.

196    Mr Mulunda (Siavonga) - to ask the Minister of Local Government:

(a)    when the rehabilitation of township roads in Siavonga District will commence; and

(b)    what the cause of the delay in rehabilitating the roads is.

197    Ms P Jere (Lumezi) - to ask the Minister of Water Development,
        Sanitation and Environmental Protection:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct dams in the following Chiefdoms in Lumezi Parliamentary Constituency to encourage irrigation:

(i)    Chief Mwase Mphangwe; and
(ii)    Chief Zumwanda;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented;

(c)    how many dams are earmarked for construction in each Chiefdom; and

(d)    what the cost of constructing one dam is.

198    Mr Ng’onga (Kaputa) - to ask the Minister of Health:

(a)    why the first 1000 days after a child is born are considered critical days of nutrition; and

(b)    what programmes the Government has put in place to educate the public on the importance of the first 1000 critical days of nutrition.

199    Mr L Tembo (Kaumbwe) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct secondary schools in Kaumbwe Parliamentary Constituency;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented;

(c)    how many schools are earmarked for construction; and

(d)    if there are no such plans, why.

200    Mr L Tembo (Kaumbwe) - to ask the Minister of Defence:

(a)    why the rehabilitation works on the Manjawanthu-Chikalawa Border road were abandoned by the Rural Roads Unit in 2015;

(b)    when the works will resume;

(c)    what the time-frame for the completion of the remaining works is; and

(d)    what the total cost of the remaining works is.

201    Mr Kamboni (Kalomo Central) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and
        Livestock:

(a)    why the construction of dip tanks in Kalomo Central Parliamentary Constituency has stalled;

(b)    when the works on the project will resume; and

(c)    what the time-frame for the completion of the project is.

202    Ms Katuta (Chiengi) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a)    what the way forward on the construction of Kalungwishi Boarding School in Chief Mununga’s area in Chiengi District, which stalled after the death of the contractor, is;

(b)    whether a new contractor for the project has been engaged; and

(c)    if so, what the name of the contractor is.

203    Mr Ng’onga (Kaputa) - to ask the Minister of Energy:

(a)    when the upgrading of the Musonda Falls Power Generation Plant will be completed;

(b)    what the current power generation capacity of the plant is; and

(c)    what the capacity will be upon completion of the project.
