169    Mr L Tembo (Kaumbwe) - to ask the Minister of Energy:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to electrify the following areas in Kaumbwe Parliamentary Constituency under the Rural Electrification Programme:

(i)    Mankhungwe;
(ii)    Menyane;
(iii)    Whankhala;
(iv)    Zumaire; and
(v)    Lusinde;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

170    Mr Kasandwe (Bangweulu) - to ask the Minister of Health:

(a)    whether the Government has any immediate plans to rehabilitate Kapata East 1 Clinic in Bangweulu Parliamentary Constituency;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

171    Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Health:

(a)    when the construction of Chinsali General Hospital will commence;

(b)    whether the contractor for the project has been engaged;

(c)    if so, what the name of the contractor is;

(d)    what the total cost of the project is; and

(e)    what the time-frame for the completion of the project is.

172    Mr Mulunda (Siavonga) - to ask the Minister of Transport and Communication:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct an airstrip in Siavonga District;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented;

(c)    whether a contractor for the project has been identified;

(d)    what the time-frame for the completion of the project is; and

(e)    if there are no such plans, why.

173    Mr Kamondo (Mufumbwe) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct a police station at Kalengwa in Mufumbwe District;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

174    Ms Chisangano (Gwembe) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development when the construction of bridges at the following places in Gwembe District will commence:

(a)    Malobe, linking Shampande to Malobe;

(b)    Lukonde, linking Lukonde to Fumbo;

(c)    Nakapaya, linking Gwembe to Lukonde; and

(d)    Meenda Alweela, linking Fumbo to Joongola.

175    Mr Hamusonde (Nangoma) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:

(a)    when the rehabilitation of Myooye Bridge in Nangoma Parliamentary Constituency will commence;

(b)    what the cause of the delay in rehabilitating the Bridge is; and

(c)    what the total cost of the project is.
        
176    Mr Mung’andu (Chama South) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a)    when Pondo Basic School in Chama South Parliamentary Constituency, whose classroom walls are cracked and roofs were blown off, will be rehabilitated;

(b)    when the construction of additional classrooms at the School will commence, considering that the community has already moulded bricks;

(c)    what the cost of the works at (a) and (b) is; and

(d)    what the time-frame for the completion of the works at (a) and (b) is.

177    Ms Mwape (Mkushi North) - to ask the Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection:

(a)    what the total number of dams constructed by the Government from January, 2010 to October, 2016, in Mkushi North Parliamentary Constituency, is;

(b)    whether the Government has any plans to construct more dams and sink additional boreholes in the Constituency;

(c)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(d)    if there are no such plans, why.

178    Mr Mulunda (Siavonga) - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Child Development:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct a youth skills training centre in Siavonga District;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans., why.
