158    Mr Hamusonde (Nangoma) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure
        Development:

(a)    when the construction of Nangoma Bridge connecting Kasalu Primary School to Myooye Clinic in Nangoma Parliamentary Constituency will commence;

(b)    what has caused the delay in constructing the Bridge; and

(c)    what the total cost of the project is.

159    Mr Mulunda (Siavonga) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to turn Chaanga Day Secondary School in Siavonga Parliamentary Constituency into a boarding school in order to cater for the pupils who reside in distant places;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

160    Mr Bwalya (Lupososhi) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure
        Development:

(a)    when a bridge across Lupososhi River, connecting Luwingu to Kasaba will be constructed;

(b)    whether a contractor for the project has been identified;

(c)    if so, who the contractor is;

(d)    what the time-frame for the completion of the project is; and

(e)    what the total cost of the project is.

161    Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Water Development,
        Sanitation and Environmental Protection:

(a)    when the water reticulation project in Chinsali District will be completed;

(b)    what has caused the delay in completing the project;

(c)    what measures the Government is taking to expedite the completion of the project; and

(d)    what the time-frame for completing the project is.

162    Ms P Jere (Lumezi) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:

(a)    when the rehabilitation of the Lumezi Sub-Boma Police Post, which was damaged by rains, will commence;

(b)    what the time-frame for the completion of the project is; and

(c)    what the total cost of the project is.

163    Mr Nyirenda (Lundazi) - to ask the Minister of Local Government:
        
(a)    whether the Government is aware that the contractor engaged to tar township roads in Lundazi District abandoned the project in 2015;

(b)    if so, what punitive measures have been taken against the contractor; and

(c)    what the way forward on the project is.

Refrain from Victimising Public Officers:  That, in terms of Article 173 (3) (b) of the Constitution and Section 36 (4) (d) of the Employment Act, this House urges the Government to refrain from victimising public officers that are perceived to have been sympathisers of opposition political parties during the 2016 general elections.
