An Act to authorise supplementary expenditure from the general revenues of the Republic of monies required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending 31st December 2016, not exceeding in the aggregate three billion, nine hundred and forty-nine million, six hundred and forty-four thousand and eight hundred and fifteen kwacha.
