46    Mr Ng’onga (Kaputa) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:

(a)    why the construction of the Mukonkoto to Mukupa-Katandula road (RD42) has not commenced despite the Road Development Agency awarding the contract in 2015;

(b)    what the name of the contractor for the project is; and

(c)    what the way forward on the matter is.

47    Ms Mwape (Mkushi North) - to ask the Minister of Chiefs and Traditional Affairs:
        
(a)    when the construction of palaces for the following Chiefs in Mkushi North Parliamentary Constituency will commence:

(i)    Mulungwe;
(ii)   Shaibila; and
(iii)  Chitina;

(b)    what the estimated cost of the project is; and

(c)    what the expected period for completion of the project is.
