QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER

26    Ms O Phiri (Nyimba) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:
    
(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct office accommodation and staff houses for the following newly opened police posts in Nyimba District;

(i)    Kacholola;
(ii)    Lwembe; and
(iii)    Chipembe;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

27    Mr A B Malama (Nchelenge) - to ask the Minister of Transport and Communication:

(a)    what the progress on the construction of a harbour on Lake Mweru in Nchelenge District is;

(b)    what the time-frame for completing the project is; and

(c)    what the estimated cost of the project is.

28    Mr Miyanda (Mapatizya) - to ask the Minister of Health:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct a district hospital in Zimba;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

29    Mr Miyanda (Mapatizya) - to ask the Minister of Local Government what the progress on the investigations into the failed procurement of earth moving equipment transaction between a United Kingdom based company and Choma, Kalomo, and Chama District Councils, who used the 2012 Constituency Development Fund, is.
