Report of the Committee on Lands, Environment and Tourism:  That this House do adopt the Report of the Committee on Lands, Environment and Tourism on the National Assembly approval of the proposal to ratify the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, for the First Session of the Twelfth National Assembly, laid on Table of the House on 9th November, 2016.

The Minister of Finance

Supply:  That the House do now resolve into Committee of Supply to consider Supplementary Estimates No. 2 of 2016.

The Vice President

Suspension of Standing Orders:  That Standing Orders 19, 20, 21 and 31 be suspended to enable the House to sit from 1415 hours until business has been concluded on Friday, 11th November, 2016, and also to omit the Vice President’s Question Time from the Agenda.
