The Minister of Justice

The Compensation Fund (No 2) - Bill to provide for the administration and management of the compensation Fund established under the Constitution; establish the Compensation Fund Committee and provide for its composition and functions; provide for the accounting and audit of the Fund; and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.                       (N.A.B. 40/2016)
