The objectives of the Bill are to:

  1. revise the law relating to the administration of the Judiciary;
  2. make provision for the appointment of Judicial Officers and staff of the Judiciary;
  3. repeal and replace the Judicature Administration Act, 1994; and
  4.  provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
