An Act to authorise supplementary expenditure from the general revenues of the Republic of monies required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending on 31st December, 2016, not exceeding in the aggregate one billion, eight hundred and forty seven million, one hundred and forty thousand, six hundred and fifty-nine kwacha.
