  1. Ministerial Statement, - The Minister of Agriculture made a statement on the 

implementation of the Electronic Voucher System under the Farmer Input Support Programme, during the 2015/2016 agricultural season, following a Point of Order raised by the Hon Member for Monze Central, Mr J J Mwiimbu, MP, on Wednesday, 17th February, 2016.  The Minister updated the House on the status of the implementation of the System.

mobile issuance of National Registration Cards exercise and briefed the House on the implementation of the exercise.

  1. Ministerial Statement, - The Minister of Local Government and Housing made a 

statement on the implementation of the “Keep Zambia Clean Campaign” and briefed the House on the status of the programme.
