(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

181    Mr Mbulakulima (Chembe) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a)    why the money meant for the construction of Kashila School was diverted to Kafwanka School in Chembe Parliamentary Constituency;

(b)    who authorised the diversion; and

(c)    when the money for the construction of Kashila School will be released.
