QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER

119    Mr Namulambe (Mpongwe) - to ask the Vice President:

(a)    what the progress on the implementation of the National Decentralisation Policy is;

(b)    which Government Ministry is leading the implementation process;

(c)    if implementation has not commenced, what has caused the delay;

(d)    whether chiefs will have any role to play in the implementation process and, if so, what the role is; and

(e)    whether the chiefs will be given grants for purposes of carrying out the role at (d).

120    Mr I Banda (Lumezi) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a)    when the construction of Gondole Primary School in Chasefu Parliamentary Constituency will commence;

(b)    what has caused the delay in commencing the works;

(c)    what the total cost of the project is; and

(d)    who the contractor is.

121    Mr Ntundu (Gwembe) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Housing:

(a)    how much money the Government owed the Southern Water and Sewerage Company as of 30th June, 2015; and

(b)    when the debt will be liquidated.

122    Mr Mbulakulima (Chembe) - to ask the Minister of Health when the newly opened Changwe Lungo Health Centre in Chembe Parliamentary Constituency will be provided with water supply.

123    Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Works and Supply:

(a)    why road construction works on the Mapungu-Kalabo road have stalled;

(b)    what the time-frame for completion of the project is; and

(c)    what the cost of the project is.
