QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER

223    Mr Chipungu (Rufunsa) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Housing:

(a)    when the 2013 Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for Rufunsa Parliamentary Constituency will be released;

(b)    what has caused the delay in releasing the money; and

(c)    whether interest will be paid considering the delay in releasing the money in order to pay contractors that have been inconvenienced.

224    Mr Mpundu (Nchelenge) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs what progress had been made on the expansion of Nchelenge State Prison as of August, 2014.

225    Mr Mutale (Kwacha) - to ask the Minister of Lands, Natural Resources and Environmental Protection when the houses at Kitwe Nursery and Research Centre in Kwacha Parliamentary Constituency will be sold to employees who are sitting tenants.

226    Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Housing when a modern bus station will be constructed in Kalabo District.
