QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER

227    Mr Antonio (Kaoma Central) - to ask the Minister of Justice when the outstanding retirement benefits for civil servants who retired in 1997/98 will be paid, considering that the Court has now ruled in their favour.

228    Mr I Banda (Lumezi) - to ask the Minister of Tourism and Art whether the Government has any plans to degazette part of Lukusuzi National Park in Mwase-Mphangwe and Chikomeni Chiefdoms in order to create more land for the growing population.

229    Mr Mucheleka (Lubansenshi) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Housing:

(a)    what the housing stock deficit for the following categories of houses is:

(i)     low cost;
(ii)    medium cost; and
(iii)   High cost; and

(b)    what mechanisms the Government has put in place to reduce the deficit.

230    Mr Mushanga (Bwacha) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs whether the Government has any plans to construct a clinic at Mukobeko Maximum Prison and other prisons country-wide for provision of medical services to prisoners and local residents.
