(a)    when a permanent barracks will be constructed in Chimbamilonga Parliamentary Constituency to enhance security; and

(b)    when the Government will procure a sub-marine for use on Lake Tanganyika.

246    Mr Katuka (Mwinilunga) - to ask the Minister of Mines, Energy and Water Development:

(a)    when construction of Kasanjiku Mini-Hydro Power project in the North-Western Province will be completed and commissioned;

(b)    what the construction time-frame of the project is; and

(c)    who the prime beneficiaries of the project are.
